AGRISYNC, INC. PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy applies to any and all use of (1) the AgriSync website at https://www.agrisync.com and all affiliated websites owned or operated by AgriSync, Inc. (collectively, the “Site”), (2) the AgriSync mobile or desktop application (the “App”) and (3) the communication, connecting, and sharing services made available by AgriSync through the Site and/or App (the “Services”).

In these Terms, “AgriSync,” “we,” and “our” mean AgriSync, Inc., a Delaware corporation, and “user,” “you,” “yourself,” and “your” mean any user of the Site, App or Services.

AgriSync and its affiliates respect the privacy rights of our online visitors and service users and recognize the importance of protecting the information collected from you. We have adopted a Privacy Policy that guides how we collect, store and use the information you provide through the Site, App or Services. Please note that this policy applies only to sites, applications and services maintained by AgriSync, and not to websites, products or services maintained by other companies or organizations to which we may link.

Our primary goals in collecting personally identifiable information from you is to provide you with the most useful and relevant experience while using the Site, App and Services, to communicate with you, and to manage your registered user account, if you have one.

Information Collected Upon Registration: If you desire to have access to certain restricted sections of the Site, App and Services, you will be required to become a registered user, and to submit certain personally identifiable information to AgriSync. This happens in a number of instances, such as when you sign up for our Services, or if you desire to receive marketing materials and information. Personally identifiable information that we may collect in such instances may include your full name, mobile phone number, email address, address, telephone number, and other information that you decide to provide us with, or that you decide to include in your public profile.

AgriSync reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel subscriptions in AgriSync’s sole discretion.

Cookies: We use cookies and other technologies to passively collect demographic information, personalize your experience on our Site and with our Services and monitor other activities. Cookies are small files downloaded to your computer or other device to track movements within web sites. We may link cookie information to personal information. Cookies link to information regarding what pages you have viewed on the Site and how you have used our Services. Business Transfers: We may sell, transfer or otherwise share some or all of the AgriSync assets, including your personally identifiable information, in connection with a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets or in the event of bankruptcy. You will have the opportunity to opt out of any such transfer if the new entity’s planned processing of your information differs materially from that set forth in this Privacy Policy.
