In these Terms, “AgriSync,” “we,” and “our” mean AgriSync, Inc., a Delaware corporation, and “user,” “you,” “yourself,” and “your” mean any user of the Sites or the Services.
Our primary goals in collecting personally identifiable information from you is to provide you with the most useful and relevant experience while using the Site and the Services, to communicate with you, and to manage your registered user account, if you have one.
Information Collected and Communications Occurring Before Registration: You may submit information to us through forms on the Sites or in response to messages from AgriSync. Before becoming a registered user you may also receive communications from the Services when another user – usually one you have a prior existing business relationship with – seeks to communicate with you through the Services. Personally identifiable information that we may collect in any of the above instances may include your full name, mobile phone number, email address, address, telephone number, and other information that you decide to provide us. We will use that information to help us respond to you or to allow other users to continue working with you through the Services. We will treat your continued use of or interaction with the Sites, Apps or Services as your affirmative consent for us to use your personally identifiable information in that way and also to market to you and provide you with information about our products and services, including but not limited to our Services.
Information Collected Upon Registration: If you desire to have access to certain restricted sections of the Site and our Services, you will be required to become a registered user, and to submit certain personally identifiable information to AgriSync. Personally identifiable information that we may collect in such instances may include your full name, mobile phone number, email address, address, telephone number, and other information that you decide to provide us with, or that you decide to include in your public profile.
Log Data: When you visit or use the Site, use the App, or use the Services, our servers automatically record information that your browser or the App sends as Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your IP address, browser type, mobile device model and operating system, screens or actions you have visited, and actions you have taken through the Site or the App, the domain from which you are visiting the Site, the websites you visit, the search terms you use, and any advertisements on which you click. For most users accessing the Internet from an Internet service provider the IP address will be different every time you log on. We use Log Data to monitor the use of the Site, the App and our Services and for their technical administration.
Your Account: If you use the Site, the App or our Services, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, smartphone, tablet and other devices, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. AgriSync reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel subscriptions in AgriSync’s sole discretion.
Records and Recording: Some of the major benefits to you of the Site, the App and the Services may depend on your providing information to other users through features that allow real time and recorded video, photo, text and audio communication. You acknowledge that any information you share with other users through the Site, the App or the Services, including personally identifiable information, will be viewed by them and may also be recorded, reviewed and retained by them through the Services.
Law Enforcement: We cooperate with government and law enforcement officials or private parties to enforce and comply with the law. We may disclose any information about you to government or law enforcement officials or private parties as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate to respond to claims, legal process (including subpoenas), to protect the property and rights of AgriSync or a third party, the safety of the public or any person, to prevent or stop any illegal, unethical, or legally actionable activity, or to comply with the law.
Revoking Consent to Use your Personally Identifiable Information. If you decide at any time that you no longer consent to our use of your personally identifiable information, please follow the instructions provided in any communications from us or send a written revocation to AgriSync’s Privacy Administrator as follows: U.S. Mail to P.O. Box 475, Waukee, Iowa, 50263; or email email@example.com
