Customer Success Specialist

Our Customer Success team engages and educates customers, ensuring they implement AgriSync successfully, achieve organizational adoption, and utilize the platform daily to support and communicate with their customers.

You'll work closely with customers to understand their business needs and challenges, coaching them on the best ways to utilize AgriSync to address those gaps.

Reporting to the Director of Customer Success, you’ll be relied upon as a product expert and coach for customers. You’ll work closely with existing and prospective customers to help them launch AgriSync and drive continued use of the product.

  • Coach customers to be product experts on AgriSync
  • Organize and lead customer training sessions for individuals and teams

Sr. SaaS Full Stack Lead Developer
AgriSync Inc, is seeking a Sr. Software Developer. This is a contract to hire full time position. Remote candidates are encourage to apply with a preference toward domestic resources with a passion for agriculture. The primary responsibility of this position involves design, development, testing and implementation of mobile first, cloud collaborative applications.
  • Architect and develop full stack SaaS mobile applications for iOS and Android with expertise in Xamarin Forms, Azure and WebRTC technologies.
  • Work with a small team of virtual developers and designers, providing guidance and feedback to other team members throughout all phases of a project
  • Solve problems at both the product and code level
  • Provide and maintain up to date, thorough documentation for all responsible systems, processes and issues.
  • Provide written documentation for applications as needed.
  • Lead code quality initiatives for production apps including logging diagnostics, unit testing, and continuous integration.
  • 1+ years of experience with building production Xamarin with a preference toward Forms.
  • 4+ years of experience in software development
  • Published applications available on Google Play and the Apple App Store
  • Experience interacting with RESTful JSON and XML web services and API Integration
  • Cloud Service development with a preference toward Azure
  • Experience seamlessly implementing 3rd party libraries
  • Knowledge of mobile OS-specific design patterns and experience building sleek, high performance, native user interfaces

Social Media & Content Intern

The Social Media and Content Coordination intern will be responsible for helping to coordinate and manage social media accounts and create customer-facing content for AgriSync and its customers. This internship offers the opportunity to research and write thought leadership pieces, design social media campaigns, create customer communications, and write creative customer-facing collateral.The ideal candidate has a knack for researching, writing, and creating customer content (i.e. checklists, e-books, blogs, etc.), can create engaging social media posts (primarily Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn), and can help with customer email campaigns. As the go-to source for the implementation of AgriSync’s social marketing strategy, the intern will be asked to share his/her voice in strategic planning.

  • Developing, coordinating, and managing social media campaigns
  • Create/design social media postings for various channels (using Canva and similar programs)
  • Regular posting of new, reused, and borrowed content on multiple social media channels
  • Research and create relevant content based off industry research (includes working with subject matter experts, internet research, and other industry resources)
  • Write blogs, articles, emails, webpages, and other customer-facing collateral
  • Provide recommendations on content layout and design
  • Enthusiastic attitude
  • Superior writing skills
  • Experience with design tools (i.e. Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Canva, etc.)
  • Ability to research and develop content on (potentially) unfamiliar topics
