Customer Success Specialist

Our Customer Success team engages and educates customers, ensuring they implement AgriSync successfully, achieve organizational adoption, and utilize the platform daily to support and communicate with their customers.

You'll work closely with customers to understand their business needs and challenges, coaching them on the best ways to utilize AgriSync to address those gaps.

Digital Marketing Specialist

In the role of the Digital Marketing Specialist you are responsible in helping attract, engage, and nurture top- and mid-funnel leads. You create and leverage content marketing assets (articles, videos, quizzes, webinars, etc.) in efforts to educate, engage, and move leads toward conversion.

You are our company's HubSpot power-user, responsible for ensuring the overall health of the CRM and bringing stakeholders across the company together to develop more efficient systems. You develop, A|B test, and optimize automated email workflows, templates, and web-based lead generation forms.

Working closely with marketing and the customer success teams, you develop, deploy, and track automated marketing interactions, serving as a key thought partner in developing new lead generation content. Additionally, you will oversee website visits and provide direction on encouraging conversions.

KEY FUNCTIONAL AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Design, test, and produce responsive emails for direct and follow up marketing campaigns
  • Ensure email marketing is compliant with CAN-SPAM Act, CASL, GDPR, and other data privacy regulations (as necessary)
  • Maintain ongoing familiarity with current, upcoming, and new data privacy regulations
  • Analyze web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presence
  • Monitor SEO/SEM, marketing, and sales performance metrics to forecast trends
  • Understand customer database, proper segmentation, and maintain/improve contact retention
  • Review and manage hard bounces, opt-outs, and spam complaints
  • Help in management of content management system
  • Ensures consistency of branding and messaging in emails/digital content
  • Analyzes and optimizes digital (i.e. email, social media, web) campaigns
  • Manage email system/CRM management
  • Drive lead generation through nurture campaigns and analyzed metrics
  • Engage with social media campaigns to track and better optimize results
  • Creation and promotion of rich media & promotion (videos, articles, quizzes, webinars, etc.)


QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong analytical & technical skills
  • 2+ years of hands-on digital media marketing experience
  • Demonstrate 2+ years’ experience with SEO/SEM and CRM software
  • Solid knowledge of web analytics tools (Google analytics, etc.)
  • Ability to implement and optimize social and web campaigns
  • Experience managing a CRM (preferably HubSpot); keeping it healthy and organized
  • Experience creating and managing email workflows
  • Acute familiarity with design tools such as Canva and the Adobe suite of products
  • Self-motivation and a high level of integrity
  • Ability to map and manage projects from conception to completion and analysis

Software Sales Representative

We are seeking an inside sales representative to target, cultivate and manage sales prospects. You will be responsible for the full sales process from the first contact to close. This role will be accountable for driving sales success through the attainment of MRR and AR sales goals. Daily activities include lead follow-up, cold calling, scheduling discovery calls, software demonstrations, managing sales cycles, forecasting, and closing business opportunities.
