Job Description 

As the Customer Success Team Leader, you will oversee the day-to-day operations and long-term strategy of the Customer Success team. You will own client product adoption, drive existing customer revenue growth, minimize client churn, and represent the voice of the customer as a part of our product development process. 

In addition to leading the Customer Success team, you’ll own both enterprise-level relationships and renewals for select SME customers.  

Responsibilities: 

  • As the Customer Success Team Leader, you will be responsible for driving customer product adoption, growing existing customer revenue, and minimizing client churn. 
  • Manage enterprise relationships to understand their customer experience needs and develop onboarding plans based on those needs 
  • Identify and manage quarterly goals for the customer success department as well as individual team members 
  • Own and report weekly or monthly scorecard metrics as it relates to product adoption and customer growth/churn 
  • Maintain and evolve existing customer success processes as it relates to customer support, training & onboarding, and subscription renewals 
  • Partner closely with the product and sales teams to translate business needs and product requirements into solutions for customers 
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product to ensure alignment on customer-facing initiatives

About the Software Engineer Internship position

We are looking for a Software Engineer Intern who will assist us in building out diagnostics tooling to be used by our Customer Success team. This summer project will be to collaborate and build new tools and web applications to help diagnose when our customers have an issue with using our platform or one of the various communication channels we support. You will build front-end and back-end software to be used by our customers and integrating with AgriSync's APIs. At the end of the internship, you will have experienced working a talented team of engineers and managers who making shipping software our mission.

You should be able to build high-quality, innovative and fully performing software in compliance with coding standards and technical.

Responsibilities:

    • Organize full lifecycle software development
    • Prepare specifications and determine operational feasibility
    • li>Write well designed, testable, efficient code
    • Prepare software verification plans and quality assurance procedures
    • Organize documenting and maintenance of software functionality
    • Integrate software components into a fully functional software system
    • Evaluate and deploy software tools, processes and metrics
    • Provide support and consulting on software systems usage
    • Ensure compliance with project plans and industry standards

Requirements:

    • Must be able to work in Iowa office at least 3 days per week during Summer internship
    • Significant experience in developing web applications using at least one popular web framework, such as AngularJS, React, etc.
    • Good experience in designing interactive applications and with test-driven development
    • Good knowledge to develop software in C, C++, C#, Java or other selected languages
    • Experience in documenting requirements and specifications
    • Close familiarity with software engineering tools, software development methodology and release processes

This internship offers the opportunity to research and write thought leadership pieces, design social media campaigns, create customer communications, and write creative customer-facing collateral.  

Description 

The Social Media and Content Coordination intern will be responsible for helping to coordinate and manage social media accounts and create customer-facing content for AgriSync and its customers.  The ideal candidate has a knack for researching, writing, and creating customer content (i.e. checklists, e-books, blogs, etc.), can create engaging social media posts (primarily Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn), and can help with customer email campaigns.  An agriculture background is preferred, but not required. 

What the candidate will learn 

The candidate will learn a significant amount from this internship that will prove valuable in helping distinguish her/himself for future positions.  Working at a growing startupthe intern will primarily focus on content creation and social media postings but will need to be flexible and willing to take on a variety of different tasks and help develop new processes.  As an integral part of the team, he/she will work alongside tenured marketing and customer success personnel and be a key part of the success of each team.  As the go-to source for the implementation of AgriSync’s social marketing strategy, the intern will be asked to share his/her voice in strategic planning.

Responsibilities Include: 

Social Media 

  • Developing, coordinating, and managing social media campaigns (includes finding, creating, and posting relevant information, responding to comments, and making recommendations) 
  • Create/design social media postings for various channels (using Canva and similar programs) 
  • Regular posting of new, reused, and borrowed content on multiple social media channels 
  • Helping manage social media anspend and make recommendations based on results 

Content Coordination  

  • Research and create relevant content based off industry research (includes working with subject matter experts, internet research, and other industry resources) 
  • Repackage created content for different mediums and marketing channels 
  • Write blogsarticlesemailswebpages, and other customer facing collateral 
  • Provide recommendations on content layout and design 

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Enthusiastic attitude 
  • Superior writing skills 
  • Experience with design tools (i.e. Adobe Creative SuiteMicrosoft Office, Canva, etc.)

We’re seeking a qualified sales development representative (SDR) to find and screen potential ag businesses who can benefit from our service. As the first line of communication with prospects, ideal SDRs have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting our sales closers up for success. You should be a quick learner with strong communication skills and have the ability to showcase AgriSync in a compelling way. 

The ideal candidate will have thoughtful, targeted cold outbound skills and is not afraid to be professionally persistent to book a meeting. This candidate will be responsible for setting both Enterprise and SMB virtual customer meetings. 

Objectives of this Role 

  • Represent our company’s products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding and leading to consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs 
  • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets 
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for next steps 
  • Identify best practices to refine the company’s lead generation playbook 

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities 

  • Utilize HubSpot, cold calling, and email to generate new sales opportunities 
  • Identify prospect's needs and recommend corresponding AgriSync solutions 
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market 
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives

Our Customer Success team supports and educates customers, ensuring they implement AgriSync successfully, achieve organizational adoption, and utilize the platform daily to support and communicate with their customers. 

You'll work closely with customers to understand their business needs and challenges, coaching them on the best ways to utilize AgriSync to address those gaps. 

Reporting to Customer Success Team Leader, you’ll be relied upon as a product expert and coach for customers. You’ll work closely with existing customers to help them utilize the service. You’ll also work with the product team to help escalate and prioritize product improvements and feature requests. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide timely customer support via chat, email, and phone 
  • Document customer support requests, escalate issues, and follow-up when resolved 
  • Recreate and report customer issues via our internal ticketing system 
  • Create and update digital support resources including help articles, video tutorials, and digital guides. 
  • Manage and maintain AgriSync’s customer-facing feature request board 
  • Own the communication process for product releases and updates
