Log In Page
Our log in page has been updated so that you can more easily sign in with either your mobile number or email.
In addition to leaving a private note in a ticket, you can now attach a private attachment for you and your team to see. On the desktop you can include images, videos, PDF, and Excel files, and on mobile you can attach images, videos, and PDF documents.
Sort or Filter Tickets by Date
You can now sort tickets by the date the ticket was created or last updated. Click on the ⇅ icon to sort by ascending/descending order.
If you click on the calendar icon below Created/Updated, you can enter a custom date range by which to filter tickets.
Click "Apply" to apply the filter. Click "Clear" to clear the date fields and close the pop-up window.
Other Notable Features
We are so excited to introduce these new and improved features, but we were also able to update a few other things that you may find helpful:
- Sort Teams and Advisors — Within the manage tab, our sort feature for teams and advisors has been improved to remember the last selected sort criterion.
