Watchers: Keep Others Updated on Your Tickets

Watchers is a new feature that allows Advisors to get notified on changes to tickets that aren't assigned to them. Advisors can either add themselves as a watcher of a ticket or add a colleague to watch a ticket.

Job Codes for Tracked Events

Whether your organization has existing job codes or you simply want to categorize the types of tracked events for customers, you can now do so within any ticket.



Ticket Details in Customer History

The Customer History view in the mobile app now displays additional details regarding that ticket, including:

  • Assigned Advisor
  • Create Date
  • Updated Date

Customer Details within a Ticket (Mobile)

You can now view a contact's details inside a ticket on the mobile app. Simply tap on the customer's name and the drop-down will display the customer's Segments, Organization, Email & Account Number.

Share Ticket Link from the Mobile App

You can now share a ticket link from the mobile app to a colleague outside of AgriSync. From a ticket, click on the Share button in the top right, then tap copy in the bottom right.

You can now paste a link to the ticket inside an email, chat, text message, or anywhere else you need to share it.
