New Ringtone Options
Admins and Managers can update the ringtone for each VoiceHub number. Ringtone options included the existing musical chime or a traditional dial tone. This setting can be accessed from the Greetings section of the Manage tab. Learn more
Time to First Response
If you're wanting to know how quickly teams are responding to customer support requests, look no further than the Time to First Response metric. Displayed on the Tickets page, Time to First Response measures the median time it takes your team to act on an unassigned ticket over the last two weeks.
Filtering Tickets on Mobile
We've made it easier to find the tickets you're looking for with new filter options in the mobile app. Advisors can filter by ticket status, team, or watched tickets.
Job Codes Displayed in Shared Ticket View
Job codes have been added to the share ticket view. Anyone you share an AgriSync ticket with will be able to see the categorization of any tracked session.
Sort List of Advisors
We've added the ability to sort your list of Advisors within the Manage tab of the web dashboard.
