Advisors can now archive or close multiple tickets at a time. Gone are the days archiving old tickets one-at-a-time.

Contact Profiles

From the Contacts tab, you can view contact profiles that display information such as segments, organization, account number and ticket history.

Add Organization and Account Number to Contacts

You can now add Organization or Farm Name to a contact as well as add the Account Number. This can all be done within the Contacts tab on the web dashboard.

 

Notifications for Private Notes

When another advisor leaves a Private Note on a ticket that is assigned to you, you will receive a push notification of the Private Note's message.

Share Mobile Device Screen (iOS Beta)

When two AgriSync users join a video call through the mobile app, either party can now share their iPhone screen to help troubleshoot any device or mobile application issues. Learn more
