QR Code Option
In addition to adding a contact by QR code, users can now contact a team within your account by pre-populated SMS. These QR codes can be found within each individual team's settings.
One Way Video Call
For outbound video calls, you can now turn your video off to instead show your user profile picture.
Yellow Private Note
As we move to a more aesthetic look in the web dashboard we have changed the private note tab to be yellow and more visual for advisors.
Click on the Add Private Note button, a pop up window will appear to type in your private note.
Private notes are still hidden from the customer, and will not be shown when sharing a ticket.
Swipe Through Photos in Chat
Users now have the ability to swipe through a series of photos within a ticket chat.
